If you love antiques and art, they are married in Art& Antiques magazine. The magazine is worth the price of the subscription for the outstanding photos and information on particular genres of art and antiques. If you are looking for a magazine loaded with generic articles on the subject, this isn't for you, as you will find more advertising copy than space devoted to articles. But even the advertising can be of interest to those who have an affinity for the subject.

I find Art & Antiques magazine to be very informative and quite enlightening! It touches on prominent artists as well as the new up-and-comers. It is a magazine subscription in which I not only enjoy the articles but also the advertisements as well. It is well put together and I think that it well be around for a long time to come.

Art & Antiques magazine is very informative - providing details about events in the art world, and events in the antique world. Terminology in both worlds is defined. The editor(s) of this magazine address needs of those new to antiques, as well as those more knowledgeable. They also provide tips for shopping for antiques, and how to avoid buying replicas. Information is also provided about upcoming auctions for well-known pieces, in case someone is interested in a particular type of item. The latest issue included an article about the revival of the arts and crafts movement. The article provided very interesting historical facts, as well as resources for those interested in obtaining additional information. The magazine also includes articles on artists, which I always find interesting. These articles include descriptions of his/her technique, as well as their lifestyle, and perspective on their art. I will definitely be renewing this subscription!
